The Power of the Heart

The power of the heart is the only real transforming force. And it is opposite to the whole training of the conditioned mind, which tells us we are not enough, wrong somehow, have to prove ourselves or be different. The heart is the power of YES to what is, yes to ourselves as we are – out of that, transformation can happen, oneness can happen.

In this group we will enter the heart and allow its’ unknown mystery to be revealed. Through Osho’s many heart meditations, dance alchemy, breath, celebration, loving communication, guided sensory exercises and many surprises we move deeper and deeper into the acceptance, power, vastness, welcome, allowing, trust, and joy that is found in our own heart center. Together in a very protected space we allow the heart to transform us, and journey to the beauty and silence within.
