April 20 – Fun, Joy and the Art of Inner Alchemy
Fun and joy have a very high spiritual value. Life is challenging, but it doesn’t have to be dismal. In this event we awaken joy in our bodies, expand aliveness, and have a taste of changing problems into jewels, through the secrets of Dance Alchemy.
May 4 – Opening the Heart – Self Love, Connection, Meditation
We all need Connection and community. Because of social conditioning, we judge or compare ourselves, and feel separate. Together we can explore how acceptance of ourselves opens the possibility for real love and sharing. In meditation we can be alone, but not separate. Together alone!
May 25 – Let the Earth Touch the Sky – Chakra celebration
We have seven energy centers and they each are a very important part of our life as a human being reaching for the stars. Through Dance Alchemy we can enjoy the rainbow of very different life energies waiting to be lived within each chakra. Meditation opens easily when we live life with totality awareness and love.
In these juicy, fun events we will go deep into inner alchemy; how love, dance and meditation can transform these difficult times into an opportunity for fulfillment.
These events will give information about the Alchemy of Love workshop and the Dance Alchemy Teacher Training that will be live in Italy this coming July.
