This workshop will take dance alchemy to another level as we explore totality and silence, what it means to watch the mind yet say yes to what is, and be in the world but not of it!

After the training’s deep exploration of the heart, and the tremendous vitality brought to the lower chakras; issues of being in a body, relating and emotions, power and expression, giving and receiving and creativity and beliefs – this is a chance to shine light, penetrate to the center and open a new space within your meditation.

Beginning with a short 5th chakra preparation involving a bottom line belief that is important for you, we will be activating the 6th and 7th chakras energetically using ancient meditations from the time of the Vedas in Book of the Secrets, and other alchemical tools to explore the nature and gifts of these energy centers. In a safe, intimate and loving space, you can receive insights about your basic issues, deepen your intuition, and discover what it is to rise high and watch all the mind’s struggle from a distance – the deep relaxation and silence of a watcher on the hill.
